Can people in Uman speack and read English? I guess if you live there now and your reading this they can please answer my question thatnk you!

Конечно есть люди в Умани которые говорят и читают по Английски, главное практика. В городе есть хорошие учителя которые готовят ребят в школах знаниям языка.

Of course there are people in Uman that speak English and believe or not other languages like Russian, Yidish and Hebrew, I am not even mentioning Ukrainian. :lol:
